Summit Pacific Rehabilitation's Wellness program offers skilled Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Our menu of specialized skilled therapy services includes programs such as Balance Training, Home Safety Assessments, Low Vision Intervention, Memory Enhancement, Specialized Dining, Pain Management, Self-Care Strategies,Leisure Skills Assessment, and Continence Management.
As you know, when seniors experience a change in their physical condition for any reason, immediate identification and comprehensive skilled treatment can help them to heal more quickly and return to their previous lifestyle. In the past, these seniors might have had to travel outside of their home or community to access these services. By locating our clinics within Independent and Assisted Senior Living Facilities, as well as Skilled Nursing Facilities,we are able to work with our clients in a familiar and comfortable environment.
