Internship Application form at bottom of page.Everett Senior Resources is looking for a college intern during Winter Quarter 2010 to write a series of articles around the topic of "Senior Driving: Recognizing the warning signs of when it is time to stop." Our intern will be tasked with interviewing local officials such as law enforcement, doctors, retirement home operators, insurance agents, and occupational therapists for different perspectives on the topic.
Creating a series of articles related to the senior driving topic is the core requirement for this project; however there is the opportunity to expand this project depending on your interest in learning marketing skills and your time availability. We are highly interested in incorporating video and multi-media, SEO optimization, and social media elements to the project. Not only are we interested in these elements, but we have the skills and ability to provide you with training and a road map to get started.
Most of this internship can be completed remotely, but it will be necessary to live within driving distance to conduct interviews in the greater Everett, WA area. We are flexible on almost everything except money (this is an unpaid internship) and commitment (you will have a huge opportunity to learn and create what you want, but you will only get back what you put in).
